Approval

Congratulations! Your application has been approved!

If you’re still interested in renting this property, here’s what we need from you:

  • Just being approved doesn’t mean the property you applied for is still available.  So we need you to notify us by emailing support@rivercitypm.com ASAP to confirm.
  • We need you to pay the security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) and the administrative fee of $100 by separate checks or money orders to hold the house.
  • Move In Date: It needs to be at least 5 days after the day we receive the deposit and can be as far out as 30 days
  • You need to sign the lease

Once we have your move in date we’ll get your lease ready and let you know the prorated rent amount that will be due when you receive keys.

We typically receive multiple approvals on the same home, which is why it’s so important that you notify us that you’re still interested and the home is still available. This notification is not a guarantee that the home you want is still available.

We are also required to provide you information on lead based paint prior to your move in.  While we have no knowledge of lead based paint in the home, please review the information pamphlet on lead based paint.

We cannot accept cash, so any payments will need to be in the form of checks or money orders.
