Ms. Ring has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry including but not limited to sales, consultations and management services. With 13 years as the Principal Broker/Owner of River City Property Management, Inc. Ms. Ring leads a staff of 15 management associates. She guides her staff in the daily assistance of the individual property owners and their investments and portfolio pursuits. She is also responsible for marketing her company, its customer service and public relations. To keep River City’s high quality of service and its accredited standard, Ms. Ring personally maintains the training and continued education of all staff and personnel. Her ultimate goal for the company is to provide incomparable customer service while ensuring a positive return for each investor or owner. Ms. Ring also feels that this is attainable by leading her staff forward with unique and creative management methods, staying in the forefront of her trade’s technological and procedural elements. She strives to engage in all these activities, while never losing sight of and adhering to the golden rule.

Ms. Ring is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Home Builders Association of Tennessee, as well as, BNI and is a credited member of the Better Business Bureau. She serves as a member of the board for the North Shore Council of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2011, River City Property Management was a finalist for a small business of the year award, and in 2007 they received a Chattanooga Area Star of Excellence Award, as well as earning the title of Property Management Company of the Year from the Chattanooga Apartment Association. Ms. Ring was also a finalist for Women in Business award at the Nautilus Expo in Chattanooga. The company holds memberships with NARPM and IREM and state licensed through the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Her long term growth plans are to continue the expansion within her current corporate structure and by utilizing her proven model, expand into additional markets.
